When is the next shop update?
I usually have updates at the beginning of every month. However, because I am a small-batch ceramicist firing at a community kiln, it is sometimes hard to predict when my work will be ready. Subscribe to my newsletter to keep up with all my shop updates!
Do you take commissions?
I don’t take any commissions at this time, but this may change in the future.
Will you be making more of __ design?
Most of my designs take several hours, maybe more, depending on the complexity. Although I may make variations, I don’t usually make the same design twice. Please sign up for my newsletter to keep up with new collections and shop updates!
Where do you ship?
I currently ship only to locations within the United States, but I’m working on expanding this in the future.
How much does shipping cost?
There are two flat-rate shipping options through USPS:
$7 for USPS Ground Advantage (2 to 6 days)
$10 for USPS Priority Mail for (2 to 4 days)
Multiple items will be packaged within the same box at no additional cost. If you need an item immediately, there is also a USPS Priority Mail Express option (~ 1 day). The cost for this option will vary depending on package weight and your location. You can find final shipping costs at checkout.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates.
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
I typically do not offer refunds or any exchanges unless there is something is wrong with your order. Please email shop@primspottery.com if you need help with an order.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to change any order details or cancel it altogether, please email shop@primspottery.com as soon as possible. I am pretty good at packaging and shipping orders relatively quickly, which means that if the order is already in the mail, then there’s not much I can do about it.
